Guidelines for Advertising & fundraising

  • Individuals, groups or businesses interested in marketing to the Revere Community are invited to participate in the advertising opportunities as outlined below, as approved by the PRIDE/PTSA Boards of Directors, Revere Principal and Revere Parent/Community Liaison at their sole discretion.

    We invite third parties to propose new methods of raising funds for Revere, PRIDE and/or PTSA, which may include advertising. Proposals should be forwarded to PRIDE’s Co-Presidents, who will review them together PTSA’s Co-Presidents, PRIDE/PTSA Boards of Directors, Revere’s Principal and Revere’s Parent/Community Liaison.

    Annual Auction Fundraiser Donate goods and/or services for the silent or live auction Underwrite aspects of the auction parent party Benefits to donors to be determined and communicated by auction committee, as approved by PRIDE board Donation subject to approval by Auction Committee.

    SCRIP Cards Provide SCRIP (gift) cards at a discount to face value to PRIDE; PRIDE will resell SCRIP cards at face value; profit will be a contribution to PRIDE Business listed among available SCRIP Cards on flyer distributed to all parents and in other marketing communications for the Revere SCRIP program Website listing Provide gift cards for goods and services at a discount to face value Amount of discount to face value subject to approval by PRIDE Business’s participation subject to approval by Scrip Committee and PRIDE.

    Restaurant / Retail Store Fundraisers Donate a percentage of revenues raised through fundraising evenings or other timeframes Fundraisers subject to approval by PRIDE’s Fundraising committee and Board of Directors, Revere’s Principal and Revere’s Parent/Community Liaison, at their sole discretion.
